North American Standards for Industrial Control Panels, Electrical Installation and Electrical Machinery

Anyone who exports and designs the simplest control cabinet for the United States or Canada know that the electrical standards issue can be a challenge. This does not mean that European companies, in general, have found it impossible to export to the United States or Canada, but you will probably agree that the process is seldom simple and there are many reasons for this. The aim of this one-day North American Standards seminar is to help our customers to access the North American Market. This seminar is designed to help attendees gain an insight into complying with these Standards which could help to widen customer reach and unlock the ability to export to the North America market. The seminar will cover: Different terminology & definitions between European & North American approach. How do these standards compare? Look at branch, feeder & control circuits and learn how to correctly size panels. Discuss examples of SCCR calculation & find out what tools are available to assist. Learn which products are acceptable and not acceptable to meet these standards.  Agenda: Session starts at 9.30am, close at 4.30pm. Lunch & refreshments included. Pre-registered attendees only.  We look forward welcoming you at our Northern American Standards seminar. For more information and event updates please follow us on LinkedIn.
