Be Your Own Super Hero by Karen Dwyer

Following on from the last SOLD OUT event, the creator of 'My Gratitude Attitude Journal', author, speaker & empowerment coach Karen Dwyer will be taking you through her journey inspiring you with the tools and strategies she has learned from her journey through MS and overcoming adversity in business.During a day of relaxation, empowerment, mindset, meditation and and great company, prepare to walk away from the day feeling energised and ready to take on the world. This event is for you if;- You're feeling stuck- Find it hard to stick to goals- Want to stop procrastinating- You're playing small- Wants to remove feelings of overwhelm and stress- Can't get motivated- Sick of feeling low- Want a change- Self Sabotage your progress- Low energy- Want to get out of your own wayIf you fit into any of these categories, this workshop is for you! Here's what other people had to say after the last 'Be Your Own Super Hero' workshop;"I went along to 'Be Your Own Super Hero' with an open mind but I wasn't too sure what to expect. As a complete novice to this type of workshop I have to say I was blown away. From the very beginning of the day there was a sort of magic in the room.Karen has such a warmth and natural ability to engage people and we as a group were taken on a remarkable journey of a roller coaster of emotions, in the best way.The tasks were empowering & I found myself exploring certain aspects of my life that I otherwise would brush under the carpet.People were very honest and we were all very supportive of what we ultimately strangers at the start of the day. One person that sat beside me had began the day quite guarded, skeptical and dare I say it, pretty negative. By the end of the day we were hugging each other and I could see such a change and she told me how it was like having a huge weight lifted off her shoulders, she was radiant. This person had been to a lot of seminars and I think she had felt let down by the outcome previously.I've told a lot of people about my experience of the day but would be reluctant to give too may details on the format as part of the magic for me was the element of surprise for what was coming next.No matter what your situation is, I would highly recommend the 'Be Your Own Super Hero' event. Even if you go alone, you will not actually be by yourself. It has had a huge impact on me and I am eager to go again."Fiona D, Dublin"At Be Your Own Super Hero it was lovely to realise that other people my own age and older also didn’t have everything figured out career wise and that was ok and not to beat myself up about it! So that was the start of silencing my inner critic!I did a lot of thinking and held up a mirror and realised I just couldn’t be around a toxic work relationship as I was giving back that person exactly what they were giving me and that just isn’t my style! So I made a decision and today I am now a commercial manager for a social enterprise and run 3 enterprises that offer a platform to adults with intellectual disabilities to gain real life work experience with the aim for migration into equal rights employment! Every morning when I go to work I help make a difference to these people but above all make them feel included! Hugely challenging and excited to see where this opportunity brings me!That career move came on the back of your event so thank you
