Time out - just for you. This is a quiet, slow, contemplative practice that compliments a busy lifestyle or regular yoga practice & other sports. Yin Yoga improves flexibility, reduces stress, improves emotional, mental health & well being. We work deep into the fascia through a series of floor postures, which we hold for several minutes - with compassion (it’s not an endurance test!). Yin Yoga gently challenges people & every posture will explore different aspects of that. You don’t have to be flexible to try this! Take the time to stretch, lengthen & let go of anything that no longer serves you. Spend time getting to know your body & your mind. This is suitable for all levels, including if you’ve never tried Yoga. Have no expectations of yourself- just stretch & breathe.
